Summer is comming!!
Two things about summer: it is long and also it is hot.
This one comes in the middle of a global pandemic.
So it is time to keep the family sane and safe by encouring summer-school play, embarking on some D.I.Y. projects and, yes, even embracing boredom as Alexis Soloski says in the New York Times newspaper (June-18th, 2020 - A summer guide for families in https://www.nytimes.com). All the things in order to forget our three months into our house confine. So this summer has to be also funny.
So summer adventures will begin in a week and here you
would find some ideas…
·
Use your bike with the family
·
Visit a near zoo park
·
Go Swimming
·
Take a train ride
·
Have a Master Chef competition at summer home for the whole family and Friends
·
Read a book or a comic. For example some 4th grade summer reading books
are:
v Monster Blood III
(Goosebumps, #29) R.L. Stine (Goodreads Author)
v Island of the Blue
Dolphins (Kindle Edition) Scott O'Dell
v The Tower Treasure
(The Hardy Boys, #1) Franklin W.
v Matilda (Paperback)
Roald Dahl
v The BFG (Paperback)
v James and the Giant
Peach (Hardcover)
v Henry and Ribsy
(Henry, #3)
v The Witches
(Paperback)
And also, why not…?... save the planet.
So there are different ways you
can save the planet, for example:
v Avoid disposable
products for outdoor cookouts and picnics
v Use reusable water
bottles instead of disposable ones
v Eat local and eat less
meat
v Shop second hand clothes,
books,
v Pull down your shades
during hot summer days
v Compost your own organic
rubbish

You have to pick on your math grade and you would find
different math lessons. So for example in 4th grade, you could find 297 lessons
for review maths, and now it is a free month!!...
So...
HAPPY SUMMER, KIDS!!!
